In no event shall the liability of provider to customer exceed the price paid by customer to provider. The foregoing limitations shall apply even if the above-stated warranty fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages. Customer shall not: copy, in whole or in part, the Webinar Mastery Course or supporting documentation; modify the Webinar Mastery Course.

Refund Policy

Unisphere Marketing and the Webinar Mastery Course offers an unconditional 14-Day Refund Policy. Customers must submit their refund request in writing within 14-Days from the date of purchase.

Sales and Marketing

Any lead capture pages, sales pages, funnels, videos, or websites created outside the Webinars Mastery Course platform must be approved by Unisphere Marketing/Webinars Mastery Course before they can be used to promote/market or sell the Webinars Mastery Course.

Any Member and/or Affiliate found to be using our copyrighted material, marks, logos, graphics, either in full or in part or any media without the express written permission of the Unisphere Marketing will have their affiliate status terminated and be subject to legal actions.

No Spam Policy

We operate a strict no spam policy to include both the main replicated pages at webinarsmastery.com and all or any marketing websites provided by us. Any violation of our Spam Policy will result in termination of affiliate status.

Indemnification

Unisphere Marketing/Webinar Mastery Course is not responsible for the actions of its Members/Affiliates in regard to incorrect or misleading advertising. If incorrect or misleading advertising is brought to the attention of Unisphere Marketing/Webinar Mastery Course, we will ask the Affiliate to suspend all their advertising until it is revised.

Affiliates are at risk of having their affiliate status terminated if we decide they have knowingly misrepresented the company or any of our products and services. In cases where the Affiliate has made certain claims, such as guaranteed earnings, we may terminate that Affiliate status without warning.

Affiliates agree to indemnify Provider and hold harmless for any actions taken by affiliate that are not in accordance with the Providers Terms of Service or the Webinar Mastery Affiliate Agreement.

Unisphere Marketing reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Status, without notice or a refund, of any individual whose actions may be potentially harmful to either Unisphere Marketing, Webinar Mastery, or its affiliates. This includes but is not limited to defamatory comments on any social media platform, publicly available forums or verbal accusations.

Webinar Mastery Affiliates are encouraged to report any such activity that could be detrimental to their own efforts in building an income with the Webinar Mastery Course. Any Affiliate who feels that they have reason to publicly post negative remarks should contact the us via a support ticket ONLY.

We also reserve the right to block access to any member or affiliate while investigations into complaints or wrong doings are being investigated.

Copyright and Trademarks

The Webinar Mastery website is a proprietary website, brand, and offering including the Webinar Mastery Educational Library. All content, including but not limited to, any and all wording, logos, naming, and trademarks are reserved by Unisphere Marketing and the Webinar Mastery Course.

The material contained within the site is the property of Unisphere Marketing and/or its third-party entities. The name Webinar Mastery and any other marks, logos, graphics or media of the Webinar Mastery Course displayed on the site, or a Webinar Mastery Affiliate replicated website are registered trademarks of Unisphere Marketing and the Webinar Mastery Course. Other third-party entity company branding, products and/or service displayed on the site may be the trademarks of their respective owners. 

Webinar Mastery Members and/or Affiliates are not granted the right, permission, or license to use any name, brand, or any trademarks that are a part of the Webinar Mastery Course and/or any company websites to recreate materials, products, and/or additional websites. 

 

AFFILIATES

Unisphere Marketing and the Webinar Mastery Course offers an affiliate program where customers/members may advertise/promote the Webinar Mastery Course which may facilitate sales of the Webinar Mastery Course to customers. Affiliates are in no way employees or agents of Provider, and no ownership or any rights whatsoever with regards to product are transferred from provider to affiliate except for those granted by this agreement. Affiliates are not agents of Provider.

Provider may revoke an affiliate's privilege to advertise product or any other privileges with respect to product, at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

Provider is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the actions of affiliates. Any conflict between affiliates and their customers that may arise should be reported immediately to Provider.

Affiliates and their customers agree to hold Provider harmless of any liability whatsoever arising from any relationship, financial or otherwise, between affiliates and their customers.

LEGITIMATE PURPOSE

Customer, Member and/or Affiliate shall not use the Webinar Mastery Course for any purpose that violates federal, state, and local laws or regulations. Customer shall not use software to generate or facilitate unlawful bulk commercial email.

Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Provider in any civil action which is the result of customer's usage of the Webinar Mastery Course.

This agreement shall be governed by the construed in accordance with the laws, statutes and regulations of California, USA, as if performed wholly within the state and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law. If any portion hereof is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Webinar Mastery Course or this website.

Customer purchasing, registering, or downloading and/or installing the Webinar Mastery Course constitutes an agreement of these terms of agreement.

Provider offers no guarantee or warrantee of any kind for the Webinar Mastery Course.
